Mission and statutory purpose
The KNE Sustainability Institute gGmbH is an officially recognized, non-profit organization. Our statutory purpose is to promote education for sustainable development, international understanding and civic engagement. All our activities, in particular the development of the ReGen.rocks platform, are committed to this mission.
The KNE ecosystem
The KNE Sustainability Institute gGmbH (founded in 2024) is the young and agile sponsor of the ReGen4futures initiative as well as the ReGen movement and the social learning platform ReGen.rocks. The institute was specifically created as a non-profit home for this global project.
It builds on the more than ten years of experience of our sister company, KNE Communications GmbH (founded in 2015), which carried out the technical, content-related and communicative groundwork.
The foundation was made possible by KNE Global GmbH, which provided the necessary start-up capital.
