ReGens stand for real change.
Our vision
A world that works. For everyone.
We ReGens believe in a world in which ecosystems regenerate, in which the economy, society and the environment are in harmony. A world in which no one is left behind. A world in which social justice and life opportunities for all are a matter of course.
Together with our mentor Marc Buckley, we have developed a vision and a way to make it a reality. Because this vision is achievable. Through people like you. By learning, networking and acting together.
Our mission
Make the ReGen rock
Young people can change the world. We help them to do so. We bring the ReGeneration generation together and build the ReGen.rocks platform for them.
Young people between the ages of 13 and 19 learn all about sustainability there. They meet other young people with similar dreams. And they start real projects in their local area. Our approach is simple: Learn → Network → Act.From sustainability education to regenerative action.
Our first major goal:
- reach 100,000 young people.
- 2,000 real projects.
- All in 5 years.
For a world that not only survives - but regenerates.
Sustainability vs. Regeneration
While sustainability preserves and aims to limit damage, regeneration continues. We do not remain with the status quo and do not just try to stop degeneration. We do more: we regenerate in order to recover from degeneration, to achieve a new state that is liveable, stable and resilient.
With ReGen.rocks, we are building the bridge
from degeneration to regeneration.
The ReGen Story
A journey became a movement
The SDGs are brilliant - but so many people don't know them. ReGen4futures.org founder Daniel Nicolai was determined to change that.
How? Together with his team, he initially designed an SDG compass as an information tool. This quickly developed into a comprehensive e-learning system for SDGs. But knowledge and pure learning alone are not enough.Because we want to get people to act. To act sustainably and regeneratively.
How do we achieve this?We not only impart knowledge to them, but also network them, motivate them with role models and support them with real projects. ReGen.rocks was born.The platform for the ReGeneration generation.
